How I Can Help
Individual Therapy
​One on one counseling provides the opportunity for you to explore any type of life issues you feel you need objective support around. Life can get very overwhelming and having a safe, confidential place to express and empty your thoughts and emotions can give you a much needed release, as well as, support.
Couples Therapy
Whether your relationship is in crisis or you are facing a difficult issue, relationships need a lot of support. Relationships are challenging and it is very common to experience issues around sex, intimacy, trust, finances, disconnection, fears, communication, etc. Couples counseling provides the support to work through these tough issues that inevitably most couples face.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a way to help spouses, parents, children, siblings or family of choice members have a voice. Having an unbiased therapist facilitate discussions about difficult issues can help break down communication barriers and create space for healing.
Group Therapy
I facilitate a women's group that meets on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30. The intention for this group is to support women who are interested in gaining support and insight on issues such as relationships, sexuality, career goals, parenting, life goals, recovery goals and grief. I also lead a co-gender group that meets every Monday from 4:00-5:30pm. The goal for this group is to help men and women who are interested in working on relational issues, and/or issues around recovery, in a safe, therapeutic environment. My hope is that group members will gain support, accountability, and tools to help enhance interpersonal skills in all relationships. All groups require screening prior to attendance.
Supervision and Consultation
I am a state board approved supervisor and provide clinical supervision for licensed master social workers who are working towards their clinical licensure. I also provide outside consultation for clinicians seeking support.
Zoom Sessions
I also offer Therapy sessions via Zoom, which can be a convenient and effective alternative to in-person therapy.
