Philosophy

 

We all experience struggles or difficult feelings at some point in our lives. Sometimes we need support outside of our family and friends. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to receive unconditional support and guidance. A place to be heard and understood and a place where you can gain comfort, self-awareness, empowerment, clarity and healing.

 

I feel we are all on our personal recovery journey and are striving to live an authentic life where we can experience joy and fulfillment. I truly believe that great change and recovery are possible. I have seen many people, time and time again, overcome enormous emotional struggles.

 

My therapeutic approach is not "one size fits all". I feel everyone comes to therapy with different needs. My goal is to get to know you and work with you to build a trusting relationship and establish goals together. Some of the treatment modalities I practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused.

 

I believe with the combination of my clinical training and genuine passion for personal growth, along with your dedication to your therapy, we can work together to help you achieve the wholeness you are seeking.
